European Centre for Strategic Management of Universities (ESMU) : The EU-Drivers for a Regional Innovation Platform Project (2009 - 2012)
This project, funded by the European Commission under the Lifelong Learning Programme, was designed to improve regional cooperation between universities, private sector companies and local governments in order to enhance the innovation capacities of European universities, working at the level of deans of faculties. Ursula Kelly was a senior expert adviser on this programme , working with Emeritus Professor John Goddard ( who was academic leader of the project .)
